Unable to return phone calls, unable to manage time and attend for appointments. Kitchen surveyor has no skills of surroundings and how to navigate a map to get to a destination that is not more than 10 minutes away in a vehicle. Rang to advise will be on time at 9.00am. Then at 9.29am rang to advise that will be unable to get to my address until after 10.00am. My address is 1.25 km away from west bromwich you would think the surveyor was attending from the other end of west midlands i am just past the albion ground. I git in my vejicle and drove past there 6 mins and 20 secs no congestion experienced. A little heavy traffic noted towards my address but no delay that would amount to an hour. 0 rating.
